Plants in an office provide several benefits including reducing stress, improving air quality and stimulating creativity. A nice addition to a business environment.
In collaboration with landscape provider Ambius, D&B can take care of this for you. A visit by an Ambius consultant on location means that you can take a good look at and coordinate what the need is, what the incidence of light is like and which plants are therefore suitable.
The maintenance of the plants can also be taken care of; the planning of a visit and the invoicing thereof takes place entirely via the account manager.
WASTE MANAGEMENT
An Ecosmart system
The waste in WTC Amsterdam is collected by Ecosmart. A system has been introduced in the WTC that rewards the separation and reduction of waste. The tenant determines which waste is offered separately; the waste collection service weighs the residual waste for which the tenant is charged directly by the waste collection service. The other waste streams such as plastics, green and paper are collected free of charge.
No waste may be offered in public areas, which means that proper coordination of collection is important; the account manager can play an important role in this as a link between the tenant, cleaning and the waste processor. The on-site account manager thinks along with you about various solutions for collection, such as the sale of bins, but also by using collection services, for example.
